We do more than find talent.

We are on a mission to help you create

a more sustainable food system

faster.

We're partners, not recruiters.

We believe in true partnership—an approach that goes beyond traditional recruiting and focuses on long-term success for both companies and candidates.

We embed ourselves in our clients’ missions, acting as an extension of their team rather than a third-party vendor. Our aim is to build meaningful, lasting relationships that align talent with purpose. By deeply understanding each organization’s culture, values, and vision for the future, we help shape teams that drive innovation and real impact in the food system.

When you work with us, you’re not just hiring recruiters—you’re gaining dedicated allies in your mission to transform food for good.

Driving the Future of Food, One Partnership at a Time.

Our team has spent years collaborating with leading organizations in alternative proteins, food innovation, agrifoodtech, and biotech—building strong relationships at every level. Leveraging our expertise and extensive network, we open doors beyond the usual channels, propelling your impact to new heights.

We’re strategists, connectors, and doers—united by a passion for sustainability, innovation, and meaningful change.

Under her leadership, Food Impact Partners has grown into a trusted partner for companies at the forefront of food innovation. Noga believes in shaping teams that share a commitment to creating a more sustainable and impactful food system—one strategic hire at a time.

Agricultural Farms

Our Mission.

We exist to help you hire the right people to improve the food system, faster. If you're on this website, you probably already know that current methods of food production, including factory farming, are one of the major contributors to the climate crisis. Moreover, we believe that the animal cruelty in our food system is unsustainable and profoundly misaligned with our morals as humans. Our organization was founded because we feel a deep sense of urgency to support companies with high potential to make waves in this space.
